How to View User Engagement Analytics

    Introduction

The Engagement section, located under the Analytics menu in the CMS, provides a customized analytics report and graphical representation of your end-user activity. You can track metrics such as the number of videos watched, audio streams played, total watch hours, and the devices used for viewing or listening. Additionally, engagement analytics are available on the CMS Dashboard, displaying key insights like Total Revenue, Content Views, and Total Watch Duration. You can also identify Trending Content based on view count and watch duration. For further analysis, a detailed report can be downloaded in CSV and/or XLSX format.
