The Engagement section, located under the Analytics menu in the CMS, provides a customized analytics report and graphical representation of your end-user activity. You can track metrics such as the number of videos watched, audio streams played, total watch hours, and the devices used for viewing or listening. Additionally, engagement analytics are available on the CMS Dashboard, displaying key insights like Total Revenue, Content Views, and Total Watch Duration. You can also identify Trending Content based on view count and watch duration. For further analysis, a detailed report can be downloaded in CSV and/or XLSX format.
You can view the analytics of your revenue and content on the CMS Dashboard. The analytics are auto-updated on the dashboard.
You can view the details of document downloads (if you have added documents as content) in the Engagement Analytics section. Here, you can see the documents that have been downloaded, the number of times each document has been downloaded, and the end users who downloaded them.
If you have enabled the offline viewing of the content (for mobile apps), then you can view the detailed report of the offline viewing in the engagement analytics.
