Introduction

You can reset your Muvi TV account password from the CMS. You can reset the account password multiple times.

Resetting the CMS Password

• To reset your password, click on “My Profile” in the CMS.
• On the My Profile page, click on the “Change Password” tab.
• In the “Old Password" field, type your existing password.
• In the “New Password” field, type a new password (Password must be a minimum of 8 characters at least with an alphabet, a number, and a special character. For example, Abcd1234*).
• In the “Confirm Password” field type the new password again.
• Click on “Save”. Your password will be changed, and you will get confirmation.
• You can log in to the CMS using the new password.
