Introduction

You can customize the invoice that you send to your end-users from the Muvi One CMS. When the end-users purchase subscription/PPV, they automatically receive the invoice. The end-users can view it in the Purchase History under their profile and receive it in their registered email address. You can edit the invoice title, add new column, format the text and add image. You can also add specific logo to your invoice.

How to Add Invoice Logo

• Navigate to “Monetization” –>“Settings” in the CMS.
• Click on the "Invoice" tab.
• Select “Show Logo on the Invoice”.
• Click on "Add File" to browse and upload a logo image. Select the logo from your computer or from the image gallery and crop it.
• Click on "Upload".

Note: You can upload the ‘Invoice Logo’ in 300 dpi with maximum size of 816x 460.

Editing Invoice

• Navigate to “Monetization” –>“Settings” in the CMS.
• Click on the "Invoice" tab.
• You can change the text format, insert  hyperlinks, add image and/or change the column names by clicking on the source code editor.
• Click on "Preview" to preview the invoice after the changes you have made.
• After making the changes you need to click on “Save”.
