Upgrading Your Muvi One Subscription

Introduction

You can change your Muvi One subscription at any time you wish from the CMS.  However, remember that you can only upgrade your subscription through the CMS. To downgrade your subscription, you need to inform us. We will do it manually at our end.

Upgrading Your Muvi One Subscription

• To change your Muvi subscription, navigate to “Profile”--> “My Account” in the CMS
• Under “Manage Subscription” tab, click on the subscription plan that you want to upgrade to (You can only select the higher package. i.e., from “Muvi Standard” to “Muvi Professional”)
• As per your requirement, you can also select the “Applications” from the available options (i.e., Native iOS App, Roku App, TV Apps, etc.). You will be charged for the individual applications separately.
• Select the payment term. You can select “Monthly”, "Half-Yearly", or “Yearly” plan.
• Click on "Proceed".
• Click on "Proceed to Checkout".
• Click on "Pay Now".
• You will get the confirmation of your purchase.
• You can also view and download the "Receipt".
• After you upgrading to a higher plan, you can view it under "Subscription Details" tab.
