Code Based Login Feature for the TV Apps

Introduction

Muvi’s Code Based login feature allows your end-users to log in to your TV App with ease via randomly generated codes. The end-users don’t need to struggle to type their User ID and Password using the remote control to log in to your TV App. With the code-based log-in feature, the end-users simply need to type a code displayed on the TV App to your mobile app or to your website and they can log in. This feature is available out of the box for all TV Apps. There is no option in the Muvi One CMS to enable/disable this feature. However, if you want to disable this feature, then add a Support Ticket.

Note:

The code-Based Login feature is available for all TV Apps. It is a generic feature and there is no option available in the CMS to enable/disable this feature.
To disable any UI element in the TV App login page, please add a Support Ticket.
If the Admin has not subscribed to any App and/or Website, then this feature won’t be available to him/her.

How to Log in to the TV App via the Website

Note: To use this feature, first, you need to re-activate your theme (i.e., for the Revo and Modern template) and clear your website cache. If you have the Revo template, then you need to activate any other template (like Modern, Traditional, etc.) and then switch back to the Revo template again.
