The Live Chat Feature in Muvi elevates user engagement to new heights with real-time text-based conversations right within your platform. It enables viewers to interact, share opinions, ask questions, and connect with content creators or hosts seamlessly while enjoying live video content. With advanced functionalities like user blocking, pin messages, downloadable chat transcripts, dynamic chat toggling, and convenient social media logins - Google, Facebook, and more - enhancing your users' experience has never been easier.

How to Enable Live Chat

• To enable the Live Chat, navigate to “Interactivity” -->” Live Chat” in the CMS.
• Under “Live Chat”, enable the option "Allow users to chat while playing or streaming content".
• Click on “Save”.
• The Live Chat will be enabled.

How the End-Users Can Chat

• The end-users can start a live chat while watching a live stream in Muvi One. The chat option will automatically show on the player.
• The users need to type in the text box and click on the “Send” button to send messages or hit the “Enter” button on their device.
• They can also use the “Emoticons” during the chat.
• They can hide the time stamps
• The end-users can hide/show the chat.
• They can even delete a chat message.
