Introduction

With the "Private Playlist" feature in Muvi One, you can create tailored video and/or audio playlists exclusively for your chosen end users. With the power to assign these private playlists to specific individuals, you can ensure that only they have access to the content that matters most to them. Say goodbye to generic experiences and hello to a personalized journey that keeps your users engaged and satisfied. The playlists assigned to the specific end-users are free. The end-users can watch the private playlists without buying any subscription and/or PPV. Once a playlist is assigned to an end user, will not be visible to any other end user.

How to Enable Private Playlist Feature

• To enable the private playlist feature, navigate to “Content Management” -->” Content Settings” in the CMS.
• Click on the “Advanced” tab.
• Enable “Private Playlist”. The feature will be enabled.

How to Assign a Playlist to an End-User

• To assign a playlist to an end-user, navigate to “User Management” -->” User Details” in the CMS.
• On the right-hand side of an end-user, click on the 3 dots.
• Click on “Assign Private Playlist”.
• Select the playlist(s) from the drop-down
• Click on “Save”. The playlist will be assigned to the end user.

How End-Users View the Private Playlists

• The end-user needs to login to the website to view the private playlist.
• Once logged in to the website, the end-user needs to click on the category under which the playlist is created.
• The assigned playlist will be visible to the end-user.

How to Remove Access from All Assigned Playlists

• To remove access from all assigned playlists for an end-user, navigate to “User Management” -->” User Details” in the CMS.
• On the right-hand side of an end-user, click on the 3 dots.
• Click on “Assign Private Playlist”.
• Click on “Remove Access from All Assigned Playlists”.
• Click on “Save”. All the assigned playlists will be removed.
