With Lossless Audio, your end-users can enjoy the highest possible sound quality, measured in kilohertz (kHz) rather than the more common kilobits per second (kbps). The result is a rich, immersive listening experience that transports you directly to the heart of the performance.

When you upload your audio files to our platform, they are automatically converted to the high-quality FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) format, retaining the original audio quality without compromising file size. This allows you to share your content with your audience in the best possible quality, catering to the discerning ears of true music lovers.

Adding Loss Less Encoding Profile

• To add a lossless audio encoding profile, navigate to “Player” -->” Encoding Profiles” in the CMS.
• Click on “Add Profile”.
• Type the “Profile Name” (e.g., Songs, Podcast, Lossless Audio)
• Select the “Source Type” to “Audio”.
• In “Compression”, select “Lossless”.
• The “Output Formats” will be selected to “FLAC”.
• Select the “Output Frequencies”. You can select the frequencies in Killo Hertz (KHZ).
• Click on “Save”.

The lossless audio encoding profile will be created. You can use this profile while creating the audio content in the CMS.

Creating Audio Content Using Lossless Audio Encoding Profile

• To create the audio content using a lossless audio encoding profile, navigate to, “Content Management” -->” Content Library” in the CMS.
• Click on “Add Content”.
• Select “Content Type” to “Audio”.
• In “Group”, select "Audio” to create single audio content.
• Type the “Content Name”.
• Select the “Content Category”.
• You may add the “Story/Description”.
• You may add “Search Tags”.
• Under “Media” -->” Primary Media”, click on “Add Media”.
• Under “Encoding Profile”, select a profile you created for “Lossless Audio Encoding.”
• Upload the “Audio File” from your computer or the “Asset Library”.
• You may add the “Banner”, “People”, “Add On” and/or “Poster” for the audio content.
• Click on “Save & Publish”.

The audio content will be added to the “Content Library” and the encoding process will be started. After the encoding process, the audio will be available.FLAC format. Your end-users can listen to the audio on the front end.
