How to Enable Ratings and Reviews

Introduction

Enhance user engagement and build trust with the Ratings and Reviews feature. Empower your website or app users to share their feedback by providing ratings and comments on your content (video and/or audio). With seamless integration, all user reviews will be conveniently managed in the CMS under "Manage Reviews". Take control of your content's reputation by removing ratings/reviews if desired and customize the experience by enabling or disabling ratings for specific pieces of content. How to Enable Ratings and Reviews

• To enable Ratings and Reviews, navigate to “Content Management” -->” Content Settings” in the Dashboard.
• Click on the “Interactions” tab.
• Enable “Ratings”.
• Enable “Reviews”.
• Click on “Save”.
• Once the Ratings and Reviews feature is enabled, it will be visible on the content details page.

How End-Users Give Ratings and Review

• To add ratings and reviews for content, the end-user first, needs to log in to your website/app.
• On the content details page, they need to select “Ratings” and post their “Review”. (* is lowest rating and ***** is the highest rating)
• Click on “Post Review”.
• The rating and review will be added, and it will be displayed under the content, on the content details page.

Deleting Ratings and Reviews

Admin can view the ratings and reviews from end users for content in the CMS under “Manage Reviews”. Admin can delete the review of specific content from the CMS if required.

• To delete the review of specific content, navigate to “Content Management” -->” Content Settings” in the Dashboard.
• Click on the “Interactions” tab.
• Click on “Review Comment”.
• Click on the “Trashcan Icon” on the right-hand side of a review to delete it.
• When asked for confirmation, click on “Proceed” to delete.
• Once the review is deleted, it will not be visible on the website/app under the content on the content details page.

Enable/Disable Ratings and Review

Admin can view the ratings and reviews from end users for content in the CMS under “Manage Reviews”. Admin can disable the review of specific content from the CMS if required. Once the review is disabled, it will temporarily disappear from the website/app under the content on the content details page. If the admin wants the review to appear again, they need to enable it in the CMS.

• To delete the review of specific content, navigate to “Content Management” -->” Content Settings” in the Dashboard.
• Click on the “Interactions” tab.
• Click on “Manage Reviews”.
• Click on the “Enable/Disable Icon” on the right-hand side of a review to disable it.
• Once the review is disabled, it will not be visible on the website/app under the content on the content details page.
• If you enable it again, then the review will be visible under the content on the content details page.
