Introduction
Muvi One follows a transparent pricing model that consists of three components: the Platform Subscription Fee, App Subscription Fees, and Infrastructure Usage Charges. Depending on your subscription plan, purchased applications, and resource consumption, your total monthly bill may include one or more of these components.
Billing Components
Your total Muvi One bill consists of:
• Platform Subscription Fee
• App Subscription Fees
• Infrastructure Usage Charges
How Your Total Bill Is Calculated
Monthly Bill = Platform Subscription Fee + App Subscription Fees + Additional Infrastructure Charges (if applicable)
Example:
Standard Plan + Android App + iOS App + Additional Bandwidth Charges = Total Monthly Bill
Subscription Plans
Muvi One offers Standard, Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate plans. Each plan includes platform features, CMS access, website and app templates, hosting, security features, CDN integration, and predefined allocations of infrastructure resources.
App Subscription Fee
Muvi charges a separate subscription fee for each application you purchase. App pricing depends on your selected Muvi One subscription plan.
For example, if you are on the Standard plan, an Android app costs $299 per month. Purchasing both Android and iOS apps would cost $598 per month. For customers on the Professional plan and above, the same app costs $499 per month. Custom pricing may apply for custom-developed applications.
Included Infrastructure Resources
Every subscription plan includes a predefined allocation of storage, bandwidth, and encoding resources. If your usage remains within the included limits, no additional infrastructure charges apply. If usage exceeds the included allocation, overage charges are calculated based on the additional resources consumed.
Standard: 100 GB Storage, 100 GB/month Bandwidth, 20 GB/month Encoding
Professional: 500 GB Storage, 500 GB/month Bandwidth, 100 GB/month Encoding
Enterprise: 1 TB Storage, 1 TB/month Bandwidth, 200 GB/month Encoding
Ultimate: 2 TB Storage, 2 TB/month Bandwidth, 400 GB/month Encoding
How Bandwidth Charges Are Calculated
Bandwidth refers to the amount of data transferred when viewers stream your content. Consumption depends on video file size, video quality, number of viewers, and viewing duration.
Example:
If a video consumes 2 GB of bandwidth per stream and 2,000 viewers watch it, total bandwidth consumption would be approximately 4,000 GB (4 TB).
How Storage Charges Are Calculated
Storage includes:
• Original video and audio files
• Encoded media files
• Posters and thumbnails
• Website banners
• Logos and images
• Trailers and previews
Storage consumption is calculated as:
Original Media Files + Encoded Media Files + Images and Assets
Note: Encoded versions of media files are also counted toward storage usage.
How Encoding Usage Is Calculated
Encoding is the process of converting uploaded media into multiple streaming-ready formats and resolutions. Each plan includes a monthly encoding allocation. Additional encoding charges may apply if usage exceeds the included allocation.
Billing Cycle
Customers can choose between:
· Monthly billing
· Annual billing
Annual subscriptions are available at discounted rates compared to monthly subscriptions.
Are There Any Hidden Charges?
No. Muvi One follows a transparent pricing model. All subscription fees and infrastructure costs are clearly defined, allowing customers to accurately estimate and manage their expenses.
