How to Purchase Subscription

Introduction

Once your Free Trial period is over, you will be prompted to buy the Muvi One subscription. However, you can also purchase the subscription before the Free Trial period ends. There are a few limitations during the Free Trial to add the number of contents, storage space in the server, and bandwidth usage. Purchase our paid subscription plans at any time to avail yourself of all the premium features we offer without any restrictions.

How to Purchase a Subscription

• To purchase the Muvi One subscription, navigate to "Profile"-->"Billing" in the Dashboard.
• Click on the "Purchase Subscription" tab.
• Under "Select Products", select "One".
• Under "Select Term", choose your plan duration(Monthly/Half Yearly/Yearly)
• Under "Select Plan", select the “plan” from the available options (i.e., Muvi Standard, Muvi Professional, Muvi Enterprise, or Muvi Ultimate)
• Select the “Applications” you want to purchase (i.e., Website, Android App, iOS App, Roku App)
• Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
• On the next page, fill in your credit card details and billing address.
• Click on “Pay Now”.
• After purchasing the subscription, you can view the details under the “Payment History”.
• You can also download the “Receipt”.
• Under "Subscription Details", you can see your current subscription plan.
