How End-Users Like/Dislike a Content

Introduction

By enabling “Likes” and ‘Dislikes” option in the CMS, you can allow your end-users to like or dislike the video/audio content on your website/app. Users need to login to your store to select like/dislike for a content. Users can see the number of likes/dislikes of any content under it. It is visible in the Content Details page.

How to Enable Likes and Dislikes Option

• To enable Likes and Dislikes feature, navigate to “Content Management” -->"Content Settings” in the CMS.
• Click on the “Advanced” tab.
• Under the “Like & Dislike”, select “Enable Like” to allow the end-users to select like for your content if the really like your content.
• Select “Display Like Count” if you want to show the total number of like counts for a content on your website/app.
• Select “Enable Dislike” if you want your end-users to select dislike for your content if they don’t like the content.
• Select “Display Dislike Count” if you want to show the number of dislikes on your website/app.
