No Refund Policy

Introduction

You can cancel your Muvi One subscription from the CMS. Remember that, once you cancel your subscription, all your data including videos and metadata will be deleted after 14 days of cancellation. Hence, please make sure to export all your data before cancelling your subscription. You can then create a new account when you are ready.

How to Cancel Subscription

• To cancel your subscription, navigate to “Profile"-->"My Profile” in the CMS.
• Under “Account Details” tab scroll down to “Cancel Account”.
• Then click on “Cancel Account”.
• After clicking on “Cancel Account”, select a reason to cancel your account from the list.
• Click on "Next".
• Finally, click on “No, I Want to Cancel”. Your account will be cancelled.
• You will see the confirmation that your account is cancelled.
• If you want to reactivate your account with in 14 days of cancellation, click on "Reactivate Account".

No Refund Policy

Muvi doesn't have any legal contract with its customers. Customers can cancel their subscription at any time as per their wish. However, we will not refund the subscription fee that is already charged as we have a “No Refund” policy. We strictly follow the no refund policy as we incur a fixed cost for hosting and storage (See Below Screenshot). To know more about our "No Refund Policy" please click Here.
