Introduction

When you are experiencing any issue with Muvi One, you can always reach us by adding a Support Ticket. Our support services are available round the clock. We ensure to resolve your issue in the quickest possible time.

How to Add a Support Ticket

• To add a support ticket, first log in to your Muvi One CMS.
• On the top-right corner of the CMS click on “Help Centre”.
• On the Help Centre page, in the top-right corner, click on “Create a Ticket”.
• Select the type of issue from the drop-down (e.g., Bug, How to, Suggestion, etc.)
• Select the priority from the drop-down (e.g., High, Low, Critical, Medium, etc.)
• Type the “Title” of the issue (When you type the issue title you will see suggested help articles on the right-hand side of the page).
• Type the details of the issue.
• You can also attach an “Image”, or “Screenshot” of the issue by clicking on the upload icon.
• Select "Post publicly on the Muvi Community as well" if you want to post your queries in the Muvi Community. If you don't want to publish your queries publicly on Muvi Community, then uncheck this option.
• Click on “Submit” to submit the support ticket.
• Once the ticket is created you can view the details on the right-hand side of the page.
• You can also go to "My Tickets" (from the top right corner of the page) to view your support tickets.

View & Manage Your Support Tickets

• To view and manage your support tickets, click on “My Tickets” under your “Profile” in the Help Centre. You must log in to view your tickets.
• If you have added multiple tickets, then you can use different filters to find your support ticket.
• You can also type the ticket number/title in the search to find your support tickets.
• Click on a specific ticket number to view the details of that ticket and reply to that ticket if it is required.

How to Edit a Support Ticket

• To edit your support ticket, click on “My Tickets” under your “Profile” in the Help Centre. You must log in to view your tickets.
• If you have added multiple tickets, then you can use different filters to find your support ticket.
• You can also type the ticket number/title in the search to find your support tickets.
• Click on a specific ticket number to view the details.
• To edit a support ticket, click on "Edit".
• Make the necessary changes.
• Click on "Update".

How to Close a Support Ticket

• To close a specific support ticket, click on “My Tickets” under your “Profile” in the Help Centre. You must log in to view your tickets.
• If you have added multiple tickets, then you can use different filters to find your support ticket.
• You can also type the ticket number/title in the search to find your support tickets.
• Click on a specific ticket number to view the details.
• Click on “Close Ticket”.
• When asked for confirmation, click on "Yes" to close the ticket.
