How to Add Custom Registration Page

Introduction

By enabling the custom registration page feature, you can add different customized registration pages of your store and share them on any other website or social media site. When the end-users register to your store via a custom registration page, you can easily track the source of their registration through the unique URL ID assigned to that specific custom registration page. It can act as a referral page as well, where you can create a Co-branded Customized Registration Page for each “Referral Code”. You can add a custom top-banner for attracting end-users to register to your store.

Enabling Custom Registration Page

• To enable a custom registration page, navigate to “User Features” -->” Registration & Login” in the CMS.
• Select the checkbox for “Enable Custom Registration Page” and click on ‘Save”.
• Once it is enabled, you can view it under the “Website” -->” Templates” menu in the CMS.
• If you want to disable the custom registration page, then deselect the checkbox and click on “Save”.

Adding Custom Field "Name of Cinema"

Before creating the custom registration page, you need to create a custom field "Name of Cinema" under "Manage User Profile".

• To create the custom field, navigate to "User Features" -->"Manage User Profile" in the CMS.
• Under "Manage User Profile", on the right-hand side click on "Add Custom Field".
• Type the filed name "Name of Cinema" (the filed name is not case sensitive).
• Select "Text Field" from the "Field Type" drop-down.
• Click on "Save".
• To add the custom field "Name of Cinema" to the registration page, click on the "+" icon.
• Click on "Save" again to add the custom field to the registration page of your website/app.

Adding New Custom Registration Page

• To add a new custom registration page, navigate to “Website” -->” Templates” -->” Custom Registration Page” in the CMS.
• Click on “Add New Page”.
• Type the page “Name”. The page name will appear as the "Custom Page" under "User Management" (i.e., "Support" --> "User Management" in the CMS)
• Type the “URL ID” (type the unique ID for the page e.g. FB, ABC, XYZ, any name).
• Upload the “Top Banner” (click on “Upload” -->” Browse”).
• Click on “Save” to add the page.
• Once the page is added, click on “Preview” to check how the page looks.

Managing Custom Registration Page

You can edit or remove the existing custom registration page. You can edit the Name, URL ID, and/or Top Banner of the page.

• To edit the page, navigate to “Website” -->” Templates” -->” Custom Registration Page” in the CMS.
• On the right-hand side of a custom registration page, click on “Edit”.
• Make the necessary changes to the Name, URL ID, and/or Top Banner.
• Click on “Update” to save the changes.
• To remove the page, click on “Remove”. When asked for confirmation click on “Yes” to remove the page.

Sharing the Custom Registration Page

You can share the permalink of the custom registration page on any other website or social media site. Visitors can register to your store via the custom registration page.

• To share the custom registration page, navigate to “Website” -->” Templates” -->” Custom Registration Page” in the CMS.
• On the right-hand side of a custom registration page, click on “Permalink”. The link to the page will be copied. You can share it on any website or social media site.
• Users need to provide their details (i.e Name, Email, Password) to register. Once they get registered, you can view their details in the CMS under "User Management" (Support-->User Management).

View the Source of Registration (Page Name)

You can view which end-user is landing on your registration page using which referral code (Page Name) on the “User Management” section in the CMS. You can view this information under the column “Custom Page”.

• Navigate to “Support” -->” User Management” in the CMS.
• Under the “Custom Page” you can see the “Page Name”. ( the "Page Name" that you have added during the creation of the "Custom Registration Page".)
