How to Enable Playback Speed Control

Introduction

The playback speed control feature enables end-users to adjust the playback speed of videos and audio on the player. The end-users can either increase the speed of the playback of the video/audio or they can decrease it. Once you enable this feature in the CMS, the end-users can view it on the player while playing the video/audio content.

How to Enable Playback Speed Control

• To enable the Playback Speed Control feature, navigate to the "Player" menu in the CMS.
• Click on the “Controls" tab.
• Select the checkbox for “Playback Speed Control”.
• Click on "Save".
• The playback speed control option will be displayed on the player (e.g., 25x, 0.5x, 0.75x, 1x, 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x, 3x, and 5x). The end-users can increase or decrease the playback speed of the video/audio content.
