Introduction

The Bulk Upload feature in Muvi TV efficiently uploads large volumes of media files directly to the Asset Library using FTP (File Transfer Protocol). This feature offers flexibility, allowing you to simultaneously upload files in a way that suits your needs—whether you’re uploading specific file types (e.g., only videos, audio, or images) or a mix of different file types.

How to Bulk Upload

• To bulk upload, navigate to “Content Management” -->” Assets” in the Dashboard.
• Under the "Assets", click on the “Add New” button.
• You can view the “FTP” account details to bulk upload.
• Log in to the FTP account using the FTP account details provided in the Dashboard. You can install FileZilla and then log in to it using the FTP details provided.
• After connecting to this FTP account, you can upload your video files/audio files/image files.
• Then, you need to click on “Sync to Library”.
• When asked for the confirmation, click on “Proceed”.
• Then all your video files/audio files/image files will be automatically uploaded to the "Asset Library".
• Through this method, you can connect to this account from multiple computers at the same time and upload your assets.
