Freezing Account Billing

Muvi doesn’t have an account freeze feature as we have a fixed cost to host the website, it takes server and storage cost.

If you have already purchased a subscription, but you need some time to setup your website and arrange content, then the only option would be for you is to cancel your subscription and purchase a new one when you are ready.

Note: Remember that, once you cancel your subscription, all your data including videos and metadata will be deleted after 14 days of cancellation to free up the server and storage space.
