How End-Users Can Watch Auto Preview

Introduction

The auto preview feature allows your end-users to preview the content by hovering their mouse on the content poster. You can upload the preview/trailer of a movie as an auto preview. First, you need to enable the feature from the CMS and then you will view the auto preview option in the content form while adding content.

How to Enable Auto Preview

• To enable the ‘Auto Preview” feature, navigate to “Manage Content” -->” Settings” in the CMS.
• Under “Auto Preview”, select the option “Allow Auto Preview”.
• Click on “Save”.

Uploading Auto Preview Video

While creating content, you can see the ‘Auto Preview” option in the content form once the feature is enabled.

• Click on “Add Content” to add content in the Content Library.
• Type the “Content Name”, “Content Category”, “Poster” and other metadata.
• Scroll down to “Auto Preview”.
• Click on “Upload Auto Preview” to upload a video for an auto preview.
• After uploading the Auto Preview video, you can preview it by clicking on “Preview Video”
• If you want to remove the video, click on “Remove”.
• To change the auto preview video, click on “Change Video”.
• Click on “Save & Continue” to save the content.

How End-Users Can Watch Auto Preview

When the end-users hover their mouse on the content poster for which the auto preview has been uploaded, they can watch the preview of the video.
