How to Cancel Muvi Flex Subscription

Introduction

You cancel your Muvi Flex subscription at any time. The subscription can be cancelled in the CMS under the “My Profile” page. Once the subscription is cancelled, all your data including videos, audio and metadata will be deleted 14 days after cancellation. Please make sure to export all your data before cancelling your Muvi Flex account.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your Muvi Flex account subscription, click on “My Profile”.
Click on the “Account Details” tab.
Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Cancel Account”.
On the next page, select the reason for cancellation and click on “Next”.
Your subscription will be cancelled.
