Introduction
Sub-User Account feature allows your subscribers (end-users) to create multiple sub-user accounts (child accounts) under their account. The sub-users can view all the content that has been subscribed/purchased by the subscriber (parent account). However, the sub-users can not purchase any subscription/content themselves. The subscriber (parent user) can also edit, disable/enable, and remove the sub-user (child) accounts.
As a store admin, you can enable this feature for the subscription plan(s) you have already added to your store. This feature is applicable only for the all content subscription plan(s). Once the sub-user feature is enabled for a subscription plan, it cannot be disabled by the store admin. To disable this, the store admin needs to add a support ticket.
Note: Sub-user account feature is only enabled for "Modern" and "Revo" templates.
