Introduction

User analytics provide valuable insights into user activity, behaviour, and engagement on your platform. By tracking key metrics, you can optimize content, improve user retention, and enhance overall platform performance.

How to View User Analytics

• To view the user analytics, navigate to “Analytics” -->” User” in the CMS.
• In the “User Type” field, select the type of user.
• Select the “Country” from the drop-down menu.
• Select the “Device” from the drop-down menu (e.g., Web, Android, iOS, etc).
• Select the duration for which you want to view the analytics in the “Date Range.”
• The report will be generated.
• You can download the report in CSV or XLSX format.
