How to View the End-User Details

Introduction

Muvi Live allows you to view and manage information about all registered end users from the Dashboard. You can access each user's profile information, engagement details, and active PPV plans. The Users section also allows you to search for specific users, apply filters, and sort the user list to find the information you need quickly.

Viewing End-User Details

• To view the end-user details, navigate to “User Management” -->” Users” in the Dashboard.
• Under “Users”, you can see all users listed.
• You can view the “User Details” such as “User Name”, “Joined On” date, user “Type,” and “Source” of joining.
• Click on a specific user, and you can see a pop-up that shows their “Profile Information”, “Engagements,” and “Active Plans”.

Searching for an End User

You can quickly find a specific end user using the search option.

• Navigate to the End Users
• In the Search field, enter the user's username or email address.
• The matching end-user details are displayed.

Filtering End Users

You can use the Filter option to narrow down the end-user list based on the available criteria.

• Click Filter in End Users
• Select the required filtering criteria (i.e., Type, Period, Source).
• Click on “Apply” to view the matching end users.

Sorting End Users

You can also sort the end-user list to organize the displayed information.

• Navigate to the End Users
• Click Sort By
• Select the preferred sorting option (i.e., New-Old, Old-New, A-Z, Z-A)
• The end-user list is updated based on the selected sorting criteria.
