Viewing the Engagement Analytics

Introduction

The Player Engagement Analytics provides detailed insights into how your users interact with your videos. You can track play behaviour, engagement patterns, and user activities directly from the Muvi Player. The analytics dashboard helps you monitor performance over different time ranges and export reports for further analysis.

Viewing the Engagement Analytics

• To view the Engagement analytics, navigate to “Analytics”-->” Engagement” in the CMS.
• Under “Type”, select “Player SDK”.
• Under “Player”, select the player for which you want to see the report (e.g., Web Player, Android Player, iOS Player, etc.). If you have added multiple players, you can search for them.
• Under “Metric”, select “Views” if you want to see the total number of views of your video. Select “Unique Views” if you want to see the unique views of your video.
• Under “Breakdown”, select “Player” to see the player-wise views.
• Select “User” to view user-wise reports.
• Select "Device Type” to see in which devices (i.e., web, Android devices, iOS devices, etc.) the video has been viewed.
• In the Date Range, you can select the duration for which you want to view the video analytics (e.g., Last 30 Days, Last 180 days, etc.).
• You can view the details in the “Graph”.
• If you want to compare the results with the previous period, then select the option “Compared to Previous Period”.
• You can download the report in CSV or XLSX
• Click on “Reset” to reset the parameters and view a different report.
