How to View the Analytics

Introduction

Engagement Analytics shows the customized analytic report and graph of the total number of channels watched in a specific period, the number of times the channels are watched, devices on which channels are watched, countries from where the channels are watched, and more. Also, you can view the “Trending” channels by number of views. The detailed report can be downloaded in CSV and/or XLSX format.

How to View the Analytics

• In the CMS, navigate to “Analytics”-->"Engagement".
• Under "Type", select Video/Audio/Channel.
• Under "Content", select the video/audio content. You can select specific content or all content.
• Under "Metric", select "Views" to view the number of views of the channels/video/audio content.
• Under "Metric", select "Watch Duration" to view the watch duration of the channels/video/audio content.
• Under "Breakdown", select "Content" to view the number of views or watch duration of the content.
• In “Breakdown”, select “User” if you want to view the number of views of the channels by the end-users. It will only show the IP Addresses of the end users.
• In “Breakdown”, select “Device Type” if you want to view the number of views of the channels on separate devices like Web, Android, iOS, etc.
• In “Breakdown”, select “Geography” if you want to view the number of views of the channels in different countries.
• Under “Date Range,” select the number of days to view the report (e.g., to view reports of the last 7 days or last 30 days, and so on).
• Click on the "More" option.
• Under "Creator Type," select the option from the drop-down menu(e.g., Admin, Super Admin, etc).
• Under "Created By," select the email address of the creator.
• Under "Media Type", select "All" for all media types, select "Primary Media" or "Preview".
• You can hover your mouse over the graphs to view reports for a specific day.
• You can select “Compare to Previous Period” if you want to compare the analytics of a specific period.
• Click on “Reset” to reset the parameters.
