Resetting Your Template to Last Published

Introduction

The Draft Reset feature in Visual Designer (VD) allows you to quickly discard all the changes made in your draft and revert your website template to the last published version in Muvi One. It acts as a safety net, enabling you to experiment freely without worrying about permanently affecting your live website.

When you use Draft Reset, all unsaved or unpublished customizations in VD are removed, and your workspace is restored to match the currently published website. Importantly, this action does not impact your live (published) site in any way.

How Draft Reset Works

Draft Reset functions as a fallback mechanism within VD. Once triggered:

• All draft changes are removed
• The Visual Designer reverts to the last published version
• You can begin editing again from a clean, stable baseline

This ensures that your experimentation always remains safe and reversible.

Resetting Your Template to Last Published

• To reset your Template to the last published (Draft reset), navigate to “Website & Apps” -->” Templates” in the Dashboard.
• Click on the “Website” tab.
• You can see the current or active template.
• Under “Theme”, click on “Reset”.
• From the pop-up, select " Reset to Last Published”.
• Click on “Confirm”.
