How to Live Stream from Muvi One via Live Streaming Extension

    Introduction

Muvi Live Streaming Extension allows you to directly live stream from your Muvi One CMS. Once you purchased the Muvi Live subscription, you can integrate it into your existing Muvi One store via the Live Streaming extension. Once your store is integrated into Muvi Live via the Live Streaming extension, you can directly add live streaming content in the store CMS and start live streaming using the streaming encoder (i.e., OBS, vMIX, Stream labs, etc.). You can live stream from the camera, from an existing feed, live stream audio, and more.

If you have added the “Content Partners”, then they can also live stream from the “Content Partner Portal” via the Live Streaming Extension. The content partners do not need to purchase the Muvi Live subscription separately to live stream.

    Note:

    • During the Free Trial period, we only allow 60 minutes of live streaming.
    • Muvi Live has approximately 9 seconds of latency while live streaming.
    • In this help article, we have explained how to use the OBS to live stream.

    Purchasing Muvi Live Subscription

First, you need to purchase the Muvi Live subscription as you will need the APIs to activate the Live Extension in Muvi One. You can also take a Free Trial before purchasing the subscription.
