Disconnecting the Muvi Connect App

Introduction

Muvi’s seamless integration with Zoom recordings allows you to import all your Zoom meeting recordings to Muvi (i.e., Muvi One and Muvi Flex). With Muvi Connect, you can centrally manage all your video and audio content from Zoom meetings and webinars, elevating the utility of your cloud-based recordings.

Muvi One and Muvi Flex enable effortless import and consolidated administration of your Zoom cloud recordings. Once imported, the admin (you) can leverage Muvi's robust feature set to control the monetization, distribution, and consumption of the audio and video recordings.

How to Connect Muvi (Muvi One, Muvi Flex) with Zoom

• Click here to visit the Zoom App Marketplace.
• In the “Zoom App Market Place”, search for “Muvi Connect”.
• Click on the “Muvi Connect” app.
• Muvi Connect will ask you for specific permissions to grant.
• Select “Allow this app to use my shared access permissions”.
• Click on “Allow”.

• Next, you can log in to your Muvi Flex or Muvi One CMS. Provide your credentials to log in to Muvi One or Muvi Flex. Here we have shown how to log in to Muvi Flex (see the below screenshot).

• Next, you need to select the date range. Select the start date and end date from which you want to import the Zoom meeting recordings.
• You can also select other options to customize the import of recordings (see the below screenshot).
• Click on “Save Settings” to save the import settings so you don’t have to select these settings while importing the recordings from Zoom.

• When a new meeting recording is added in Zoom, automatically it will be available in the “Asset Library” of Muvi Flex (see the below screenshot)
• The recordings will be available in Muvi One’s “Asset Library” if you log into Muvi One.

Disconnecting the Muvi Connect App

When you don’t want to import the Zoom meeting recordings to Muvi One or Muvi Flex anymore, you can disconnect the Muvi Connect App from the Zoom App Marketplace.

• Visit Zoom App Marketplace.
• Go to “Manage Apps”.
• Click on “Disconnect”.
