Introduction

You can customize the invoice that you send to your end-users from the CMS. When the end-users purchase content, they automatically receive the invoice. The end-users can view it in the Purchase History under their profile and receive it at their registered email address. You can edit the invoice title, add a new column, format the text, and add an image. You can also add a specific logo to your invoice.

How to Add Invoice Logo

• Navigate to “Monetization” –> “Settings” in the CMS.
• Click on the "Invoice" tab.
• Select “Show Logo on the Invoice”.
• Click on "Add File" to browse and upload a logo image. Select the logo from your computer or from the image gallery and crop it.
• Click on "Upload".
• Click on “Save” to save the logo.

Editing the Invoice

You can edit the invoice as per your requirement. By using the “Invoice Editor” in the CMS, you can change the font, add a new column, add an image, etc.

• Navigate to “Monetization” –> “Settings” in the CMS.
• Click on the "Invoice" tab.
• You can change the text format, insert hyperlinks, add an image, and/or change the column names by clicking on the source code editor.
• Click on "Preview" to preview the invoice after the changes you have made.
• After making the changes, you need to click on “Save”.
