The official method for managing and certifying Smart TV applications is the Samsung Apps TV Seller Office. It has all the functions required to manage program versions, usage statistics, and metadata in addition to submitting your application for verification testing and receiving comments from the Samsung team. It also includes a dedicated 1:1 Q&A board for direct support from Samsung developers and automated pre-test tools for instant feedback regarding your application.
With your Samsung Account, you may register for and access Samsung Apps TV Seller Office. If you haven't joined the TV Seller Office before, you are greeted with a sign-up page when logging in.
Make a Samsung Account first if you don't already have one. Two membership options are available from the TV Seller Office. You first become a Public Seller when you register with the TV Seller Office, but you can also request a partnership to eventually become a Partner Seller.
The TV Seller Office offers group management services for sellers. By forming a group, several accounts can administer applications jointly. There are two categories of membership in groups, and you can only be a member of one. With a partnership request, a Public Seller group can transform into a Partner Seller group.
Within a group, two positions exist. There can only be one manager per group, and the account that forms the group automatically takes on the role of manager. Group managers are in complete charge of their groups. Accounts that are not managed by the group become members of the group.
You need to be a Partner Seller member to launch an application outside of the United States or access specific APIs. By completing an approval process with the Samsung Content Manager, a Public Seller can turn into a Partner Seller. You must first use the TV Seller Office system to submit a partnership request to accomplish this.
With the Content Manager's approval, you can offer TV application services outside of the United States, use specific APIs, and get specialized technical support from the Samsung Engineering team for developing applications if you become a Partner Seller.
