How to Create a Moderation Profile

Introduction

A Moderation Profile in TrueComply allows you to define the moderation settings that will be applied to your content. It lets you configure which AI moderation services to use, set review thresholds, and determine how content should be evaluated before publication.

Once a moderation profile is created, it can be assigned to one or more video content, ensuring consistent moderation rules across your content.

Creating a Moderation Profile

• To create a moderation profile, in the Dashboard, click on the “Moderation” menu.
• Click on “Create Profile”.
• Type the “Profile Name” (e.g., Standard Moderation, Universal Video Moderation, Live Stream Moderation, etc.).
• Type a “Description” about the profile (e.g., Moderation for all educational videos).
• Select “Auto Approval” if you want TrueComply to automatically approve all detected actions and save the video when this profile is used. You can disable this option if you want to manually do this.
• Under “Actions,” you can select and add multiple actions from the dropdown menu.
• First, select the “Trigger” from the dropdown menu.
• Then, select the “Action” against the trigger you selected.
• Click on “Add Action”.
• Repeat the process to add multiple actions.
• Click on “Save Profile” to save the profile.
• You can create multiple profiles to moderate your content.
