Introduction

The Meetings feature in Muvi Live enables you to conduct two-way group video meetings and conferences. You can create multiple meetings, start/stop any meeting at any time, share the joining link of the meeting with multiple participants, and embed a join button in third-party websites.

Participants can join the Meetings through the Interface just by simply entering their names in the Portal. They don’t need to download and install any app on their device. Also, it allows one to attend or host an interactive live event from a desktop, tablet, or mobile browser.

Up to 600 participants at a time can join a Meeting. Participants can turn on/off the microphone and/or camera for two-way video communications, they can share the screen, view the list of participants, change the Audio/Video settings, and leave the meetings anytime - all these actions can be performed from the Meetings Interface. Whether you are planning to conduct a live coaching session, live yoga session, live consultation, company meeting, team meeting, or simple 1:1 meeting, it can be seamlessly conducted through the Muvi Live Meetings.

How to Create New Meetings

First, you need to sign up to Muvi Live to create a Meeting. We offer pay as you go plan. So, you can "Start Free".

• In Muvi Live, click on “Meetings” on the left-hand side.
• Click on “Add Meeting”.
• Type the meeting “Name” (e.g., “Company Meeting”, “Team Meeting”, etc.).
• Type a meeting “Description”.
• Type a "Password" (Optional) for the meeting. You need to share the password with the participants. When you share the meeting link to someone to join the meeting then he/she needs to type this password to join the meeting.
• Click on “Save”.
• Repeat this process to add multiple meetings.

How to Start/Stop a Meeting

• To start the Meeting, click on “Start” on the right-hand side of the meeting. The meeting will be started.
• To stop the meeting, click on “Stop” on the right-hand side of the meeting. The meeting will be stopped.

How to Join/Leave Meetings

• Once the meeting is started, click on “Join” on the right-hand side to join the meeting.
• A new tab will open in the browser.
• Type your “Name” in the popup to join the meeting.
• In the popup, click on the “Disable Icon” to disable both the microphone and camera before joining the meeting. You can enable the camera and/or microphone later from the Meeting interface.
• Click on the “Microphone Icon” to join the meeting only with audio without the camera.
• Click on the “Camera” icon to join the meeting only with the camera without audio.
• Click on the “Video, Audio Icon” to join the meeting with both video and audio.
• Then, click on the “Join” button on the popup to join the meeting.
• Once you will join the meeting, you can view the Meeting interface.
• To leave the meeting click on the “Leave” icon on the Meetings interface.

Sharing Meeting Joining Link

By sharing the Meetings joining link, you can allow other participants to join the meeting. The participants can open the joining link in their web browser/ mobile browser to join the meeting.

• To share the Meetings joining link, click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side of an active meeting.
• Click on “Share”.
• Click on “Copy” on the popup window to copy the sharing link.
• Send the link to the participants to join the meeting.
• The participants can paste the link on their web browser/mobile browser to join the meeting.
• You can view the total number of participants who joined the meeting in the Meetings Interface.

Sharing Embed Link of the Meetings

You can get the embed link of the Meetings and share it on any third-party website. The participants can click on the “Join” button to join the meeting.

• To share the Meetings joining link, click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side of an active meeting.
• Click on “Embed”.
• Click on “Copy” to copy the embed link.
• Share the embed link on any third-party website.
• The participants will see the “Join” button on the website. They can click on the join button to join the Meetings.
