How to Change the Logo in the Email Notifications

Introduction

You can change the logo in the email notifications for the end-users. When the end-user receives any email notification, the logo will reflect in the email. Once the logo is uploaded, it will appear in all email notifications.

How to Change the Logo

To change the logo, navigate to “Marketing” -->” Notification Centre” in the CMS.
Under the Notification Centre, click on the “Settings” tab.
Click on the “Edit Icon” to browse and upload the logo. You can upload png, jpg, jpeg, svg, or gif images maximum of 100 KB size.
You can upload the logo from your device, or you can upload it from the “Asset Library”.
Click on “Upload”.
The logo will be updated.
When your end-users receive email notifications, the logo will reflect in the email.

Note: The changes to the logo will get reflected across all the notifications.
