Cancelling the Muvi TV Subscription

Introduction

You can cancel your Muvi TV subscription at any time you want from the CMS. Remember that, once you cancel your subscription, all your data including videos and metadata will be deleted after 14 days of cancellation. Hence, please make sure to export all your data before canceling your subscription. You can then create a new account when you are ready.

Cancelling the Muvi TV Subscription

• To cancel your subscription, click on “My Profile” in the CMS.
• Under the “Account Details” tab scroll down to “Cancel Account”.
• Then click on “Cancel Account”.
• After clicking on “Cancel Account”, select a reason to cancel your account from the list.
• Click on "Next".
• Finally, click on “No, I Want to Cancel”. Your account will be canceled.
• You will see the confirmation that your account is canceled.
• You can also view the status of your account as “Cancelled” on the “Subscription Details” page (navigate to My Profile -->My Account in the CMS).
