Introduction

You can cancel your Muvi Flex subscription at any time. The subscription can be cancelled in the CMS under the “My Profile” page. Once the subscription is cancelled, all your data, including videos, audio, and metadata, will be deleted 14 days after cancellation. Please make sure to export all your data before cancelling your Muvi Flex account.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

• To cancel your Muvi Flex account subscription, navigate to “My Profile” --> "My Subscription" page in the CMS.
• Click on the “Subscription Details” tab.
• On the right-hand side of the Flex subscription plan, click on the 3 dots.
• Click on “Cancel”.
• On the next page, select the reason for cancellation and click on “Next”.
• Then click on "Yes, I Want to Cancel".
• Your subscription will be cancelled. You can view the status "Canceled" under the "Subscription Details" tab.
