How the End-Users Purchase Live Stream

Introduction

Once the live streams are added, you can share them using shareable links and embedding links. The end-users can access your live streams via these links. When the end-users click on the links, they will see the pop-up to log in/sign up and purchase the live stream. Once the live stream is purchased, they will get the email notification. They can watch the live stream on the scheduled date and time.

How the End-Users Purchase Live Stream

• When the end-users click on the live stream link (e.g., Embed link, Sharable link, and/or HLS), they will see the live event details in the popup.
• The end-users need to click on “Proceed” (see the below screenshot).

• The sign-up popup will be displayed, and the end-users need to provide their details like “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email” and “Password” to sign up to Paywall (see the below screenshot). This is for the first-time users.

• If the ned-user has already created the account, they will see the popup to log in (see the below screenshot).

• Once the end-user logs in, they will see the “Pay Now” button to make the payment (see the below screenshot).

• The end-users will be asked to provide their card details (see the below screenshot).

• After making the payment, the end-users will see the payment confirmation (see the below screenshot).

• If the payment fails, then the end-users will see the payment failure message on the screen (see the below screenshot).

• If the payment is successful, the end-users will see the event details in the popup (see the below screenshot).

• The end-users will also get an email notification regarding the details of the event and their payment.
• They will also receive an invoice of their purchase in their email.
• The end-users can even purchase the live stream after it is getting started.
