In a Prepaid account, you pay in advance for:
Monthly Usage Limits
Notifications for Infra Wallet Usage
Muvi notifies you as your usage increases so that you can act early. Notifications appear in the CMS and are also sent by email.
When a Limit Is Reached
If an infrastructure limit reaches 100%, only the affected service is restricted. Other services continue to work if their limits are available.
Examples:
In each case, Muvi displays a clear message in the CMS along with an option to top up and restore the service.
