Introduction

The Audio Playlist feature allows you to group multiple Audios and play them sequentially, providing your viewers with a seamless listening experience. Playlists can be used to organize related content.

In this article, you’ll learn how to enable the playlist feature in your store, create a new Audio playlist, and edit existing playlists.

Enabling the Playlist Feature

Before creating an Audio playlist, ensure that the Playlist feature is enabled for your store.

• Navigate to Content Management-- > Content Settings --> Settings in the CMS.
• Under the “General Settings”, on the right-hand side of the Playlists option, toggle the switch “Create Playlists from your content” to enable the feature.
• The playlist feature will be enabled, and it will be visible under the Content Management menu.

Adding a New Audio Playlist

• To add a new Audio playlist, navigate to “Content Management” -->” Playlists” in the CMS.
• On the right-hand side, click on “Add New”.
• Click on the “Edit Icon” at the top (for an untitled playlist).
• Type the Playlist Name.
• On the right-hand side under “Playlist Type”, select "Audio” from the drop-down menu.
• The “Permalink” will be automatically generated.
• Select the “Categories & Subcategories” from the drop-down menu (e.g., Audio).
• Type a “Description” of the playlist
• Add “Search Tags” or keywords for the playlist to make it easier to find on the front-end by your end-users in the search.
• Under “Contents”, type the content name in the “Search Bar” to search, and then click on the content and click on “Add”.
• Repeat the process to add more content to the playlist.
• Click on the “Design” tab to add a poster and banner to the playlist. You can add a poster and a banner for the website, mobile app, and TV app.
• Click on the “Security” tab to Ge-Block the playlist for specific cities, states, or countries.
• Click on the “Advanced” tab to “Relate” the playlist to another playlist. You can relate a specific playlist to multiple other playlists.
• Click on “Save” to save the playlist.

Editing an Existing Audio Playlist

You can update your playlist at any time by following these steps:

1. Navigate to “Content Management” -->” Playlists” in the CMS.
2. Find the playlist you want to modify and click the Edit
3. You can:

1. • Update the Title, Description, or Thumbnail.
   • Add or remove Audios from the playlist.
   • Change the order of the Audios.

4. After making the necessary changes, click Save in the top right corner.
