How to Download User Analytics
Introduction
User analytics provide valuable insights into user activity, behavior, and engagement on your platform. By tracking key metrics, you can optimize content, improve user retention, and enhance overall platform performance.
You can also easily track the historical data for registered users, subscribers, PPV users, cancelled users, and full access users to analyze conversion, purchase, and churn trends. Monitor cancellations during specific periods, view new subscribers from the last week, analyze one-time purchases over time, and measure subscription purchases during campaigns.

How to View User Analytics
- To view the user analytics, navigate to “Analytics” -->” Users” in the CMS.
- In the “User Type” field, select the type of user (e.g., Free Registration, Subscriber, Free User, etc.).
- Select the “Country” from the drop-down menu.
- Select the “Device” from the drop-down menu (e.g., Web, Android, iOS, etc).
- Select the duration for which you want to view the analytics in the “Date Range.”
- The report will be generated.
User Analytics Summary Table
- Created Date: The date when the end-user was created or registered.
- User: End-user's name (e.g., David Harris).
- Email/Mobile Number: The end-user's email and/or mobile number.
- Country: The country from which the end-user was registered.
- Device: The device (e.g., Web, Mobile, TV) from which the end-user was registered.
- Browser: The browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge) from which the end-user was registered.
- User Type: The end-user type (e.g., Free Registration, Free User, Subscriber, etc.).
- Last Login: Date and Time the end-user last logged in to your store (e.g., to your Website, Android App, iOS App, TV App).
- Total Logins: Total number of logins by the end-user to your store. If the end-user has logged in multiple times, then it will show the number of logins (e.g., 1, 2, 4, 10, etc.). When you click on the number of logins, it shows the detailed report of the logins. You can also download it in CSV or XLSX format.
- Content Watched: Shows the total number of content (video/audio) watched/listened to by the end-user. When you click on the number of content watched/listened to, it shows the detailed report of the content watched or listened to. You can also download it in CSV or XLSX format.
View Historical Data of Users
You can easily track historical data for registered users, subscribers, PPV users, and cancelled users to analyze conversion, purchase, and churn trends.
1. Track cancellations during a specific period
2. View new subscribers from the last week
3. Analyze one-time purchases over time
4. Measure subscription purchases during campaigns
- To view the historical data for users, navigate to "Analytics" --> "Users" in the Dashboard.
- Under "User Type," select the "Registered" user to view the historical data of the registered users.
- Select the "Date Range" like Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 365 Days, etc.
- If you select "Last 30 Days," then you can see how many users registered in the past 30 days. Similarly, if you select "Last 365 Days," then you can see how many users registered in the past 365 days.
- The details can be viewed under the "Summary Table".
- Under "User Type," select the "Subscriber" to view the historical data of the subscribers.
- Select the "Date Range" like Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 365 Days, etc.
- If you select "Last 7 Days," then you can see how many users subscribed in the past 7 days.
- The details can be viewed under the "Summary Table".
- Under "User Type," select "Cancelled" to view the historical data of the cancelled users.
- Select the "Date Range" like Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 365 Days, etc.
- If you select "Last 90 Days," then you can see how many users cancelled in the past 90 days.
- The details can be viewed under the "Summary Table".
- Under "User Type," select "Deleted" to view the historical data of the deleted users.
- Select the "Date Range" like Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 365 Days, etc.
- If you select "Last 180 Days," then you can see how many users were deleted in the past 180 days.
- The details can be viewed under the "Summary Table".
- Under "User Type," select "Full Access" to view the historical data of the full access users added.
- Select the "Date Range" like Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 365 Days, etc.
- If you select "Last 365 Days," then you can see how many Full Access users were added in the past 365 days.
- The details can be viewed under the "Summary Table".
How to Download User Analytics
You can download the User Analytics in the CSV or XLSX format.
- To download the User Analytics, navigate to "Analytics" -->"User" in the CMS.
- Select the parameters (e.g., "User Type", "Country", "Device", and "Duration").
- On the right-hand side, click on CSV to download the report in CSV format or click on XLSX to download it in XLSX format.
