How to Create and Manage Coupons

    Introduction

Coupons serve as an effective tool for rewarding customer loyalty while maximizing your content's reach. This guide will assist you in creating tailored coupons that cater to both one-time Pay-Per-View (PPV) purchases and recurring subscription payments. You will have the flexibility to create single-use or multi-use coupons, as well as single-user or multi-user options, ensuring that you can meet diverse promotional needs.

    Key Features of Coupon

    • Versatile Coupon Creation: Design both single-use and multi-use coupons tailored to your business model. Whether for one-time purchases (PPV) or recurring subscriptions, our system is adaptable to meet your needs.
    • User Restrictions: Implement single-user restrictions for exclusive offers or create multi-user coupons to broaden your reach. This flexibility allows you to cater to diverse customer segments.
    • Efficient Management Tools: The coupon listing page includes intuitive search options and functionalities for single deletion or bulk deletion, ensuring streamlined management of your promotional strategies.

    Coupon vs Voucher

A coupon is a discount code. You can configure it to discount in % or cash value in your currency. The voucher is 100% off. It makes the content to be completely free for the user using the voucher. When using coupons, the end-users will see the payment popup to enter coupons to get a discount and make the discounted payment from their credit card. When using vouchers, the end-user won’t see any payment popup. The end-user will enter just the voucher code and redeem it to watch the content. Coupons are the most common. Vouchers are used in some specific cases such as sharing a voucher with your friends/family.
