How the End-Users Purchase Content on Muvi TV

Introduction

When you as a content creator add content (video, audio) and make it public, it is visible to the end-users on the Muvi TV website. The end-users can view the published content on Muvi TV and purchase it to view or listen to it.

However, if the content is added but unlisted, it will not be visible on Muvi TV. You can share the content with the end-users using a shareable link of the content. The end-users can open the content link in their browser and view the content.

To purchase and view/listen to the content, the end-users must create their account (signup) in Muvi TV. After creating their account (signup), they can purchase and view/listen to the content on the Muvi TV website.

View and Purchase the Public Content

When you add the content and make it “Public”, it will be displayed on the Muvi TV website. When the end-users visit the Muvi TV website, they can view the content.

• To purchase the content, the end-users must visit the Muvi TV website.
• Click on “Signup” to create an account on Muvi TV.
• Provide their “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email Address”, and “Password”.
• Click on “Create and Proceed”.
• The account will be created.
• They need to click on the content to purchase it.
• Click on “Pay & Play”.
• Click on “Pay Now”.
• Type the “Code” received in their registered email address.
• Provide their credit card details.
• Click on “Pay”.
• The content will be purchased, and the end-users get confirmation.
• Once the content is purchased, it will start playing automatically.

View and Purchase the Unlisted Content

When you add the content and make it “Unlisted”, then the content will not be visible on the Muvi TV website. You need to share the content link with the end-users and allow them to purchase and view the content. To know how to get the “Shareable Link” of content click here.

• Share the content link with the end-users
• The end-users will open the link in their web browser.
• If the end-user has not created his/her account, then they need to sign up or create their account.
• If the end-user has already created his/her account, then they can log in to their account and purchase the content.
• Click on “Pay & Play” on the content details page.
• Click on “Pay Now”.
• Type the “Code” received in their registered email address.
• Provide their credit card/bank account
• Then, click on “Pay”.
• The content will be purchased, and the end-users get confirmation.
• Once the content is purchased, it will start playing automatically.
