Cancelling the Muvi TV Subscription

Introduction

You can cancel your Muvi TV subscription at any time you want from the CMS. Remember that, once you cancel your account, it will be deactivated immediately, and you will lose access to the product and any metadata you’ve added. Hence, please make sure to export all your data before canceling your subscription. You can then create a new account when you are ready.

Cancelling the Muvi TV Subscription

• To cancel your Muvi TV subscription, navigate to your “Profile” --> “My Subscription”.
• Click on the “Subscription Details” tab.
• You can view your current subscription plan.
• Click on the 3 dots on the extreme right-hand side of the subscription plan.
• Click on “Cancel”.
• On the next page, select your reason for cancellation.
• Click on “Next”
• On the next page, click on “No, I Want to Cancel.”
• You will view the confirmation that the product has been cancelled successfully.
