How to Integrate Google Analytics

Introduction

Integrating Google Analytics into your website is a strategic move to elevate your digital presence and optimize your marketing efforts. As the industry's most widely adopted web analytics service, Google Analytics provides a comprehensive suite of tools to capture valuable data about your website's performance and user behavior.

To integrate Google Analytics into your website, first, you obtain your "Google Analytics  ID" or "Measurement ID" and then add the ID in the corresponding field in the Muvi One CMS.

Once Google Analytics is integrated into the CMS, it will provide comprehensive reports about your website. Through this report, you can access a wealth of information, including detailed visitor demographics, traffic sources, page views, and conversion rates. This data-driven approach empowers you to make informed decisions, refine your marketing strategies, and enhance the user experience on your website.

How to Get Your Google Analytics ID

To integrate Google Analytics in the Muvi One CMS, first, you need to obtain the “Google Analytics ID” or “Measurement ID”.

• Navigate to “Marketing” -->” Marketing Integrations” in the CMS.
• Under “Google Analytics”, click the link “Help to locate your Tracking ID”.
• Follow the instructions in the help article to get the “Google Analytics ID” or the “Measurement ID”.

Integrating Google Analytics ID to Muvi

Once you obtain the Google Analytics ID, add it to the Muvi One CMS. Once the ID is integrated, you can get the reports about your website and users.

• To integrate Google Analytics ID to Muvi, navigate to “Marketing” -->” Marketing Integrations” in the CMS.
• Under “Google Analytics ID”, paste the ID that you copied from the Google Analytics site.
• Click on “Connect”.

How to View Google Analytics

Once Google Analytics is integrated to the CMS, you can view the analytics directly from the CMS.

• To view Google Analytics, navigate to “Marketing” -->” Marketing Integrations” in the CMS.
• On the right-hand side of “Google Analytics”, click “View Analytics”.
• On the Google Marketing Platform page, click the Analytics menu on the left.
• Click “Sign in to Analytics” using your Google ID (Gmail) if you have not signed in.
• Click on “Get Started Today” if you have already signed in.
• You can view the data on the “Dashboard”.
• Explore “Reports” and other data from the left-hand side menu.
