Introduction

Muvi One’s “Export and Import End-User” feature empowers store admins to effortlessly import end users to the CMS and export their data from the CMS to an Excel sheet. With a user-friendly interface, store admins can effortlessly import and export end-user data in bulk or individually. Say goodbye to manual data entry as this feature allows you to efficiently handle the 'N' number of users with just a few clicks. Easily filter and export user details to Excel sheets while receiving notifications on import progress via email.

Key Advantages of this Feature

• We allow you to view the end user's location in the export document with our APIs. That means you can find region-wise end-users and allow content accordingly, which will help you gain more end-users.
• With Bulk Import functionality, we allow you to add end-users only with Email ID, and the Mobile Number column is not mandatory.

How to Export the End-Users

• To export the end-users from the CMS, navigate to “User Management” -->” User Details” in the CMS.
• Click on “Export”.
• The end-user details will be exported in an Excel sheet.

How to Bulk Import the End-Users

Adding Bulk End-Users

• To bulk import the end-users to the CMS, navigate to “User Management” -->” Users” in the Dashboard.
• Click on “Add”.
• Then, click on “Bulk Import”.
• Click on “Download Sample Data”
• The Sample Data sheet will be downloaded.
• Add the end-user details in the sample sheet.
• Type the “User Name”
• Type the “Email” of the end-user.
• Type the "User Type”. Type “1’ to add a “Free User” and type “7” to add a “Free Registration”.
• Type the “Mobile” number of the end-user (Optional).
• Repeat the process to add multiple end-users.
• Save the Excel sheet.

Importing Bulk End-Users to the CMS

• Click on “Bulk Import” again.
• Click on the “Folder” icon to browse and add the Excel sheet, or you can drag and drop the Excel sheet to the pop-up window.
• Click on “Import”.
• All the end-users in the Excel sheet will be added to the CMS at once.
• You can view the details under “User Details”.

How the Admin Gets the Email

After importing the end-users successfully, the admin gets the detailed report in his/her registered email address (see the below screenshot).
