Introduction

You can change your Muvi One CMS password from the CMS. First, you need to type your existing password and then type a new password for the account.

Resetting Your Password

• To reset your account password, click on “Profile” -->"My Profile" on the top right corner of the CMS.
• Click on "Change Password" tab.
• In the “Old Password” filed, type your existing password.
• In the “New Password” filed, type your new password (please follow this rule for your new password: Lower-case(a-z)Special character(@#$%^&+=)8-30 characters, Upper-case(A-Z)Numbers(0-9)
• Type your new password again in the “Confirm Password” field.
• Click on “Save” to save the new password.
