How to Change Poster Size

Introduction

We have predefined poster size for All Content, Content Category, Top Banner of content as well as for all items in the Physical Goods store. However, as per your requirement, you can change the dimension of the poster for all your Content, Content Category, Top Banner, Cast & Crew Image, and all items in the Physical Goods store.

Poster Type

There are different types of poster sizes for different types of content. Also, we have 2 categories of posters, 1. Editable, 2. Non-Editable.

Editable Posters

You can edit the size of this category of posters from the CMS ("Manage Content" -->" Settings"). Already poster size is defined for different types in the CMS (see below screenshot) but you can change the size of the posters according to your needs.

• Horizontal 280x156 (For Multi-Part Child Content and Live Streaming Content)
• Vertical 280x400 (For Single Part and Multi-Part Parent)
• Physical Goods 220x260 (Muvi Kart)
• Category Poster 400x300 (Content Category)
• Top Banner 1200x350 (website)

Non-Editable Posters

You cannot edit the size of these types of posters from the CMS.

• Poster for TV Apps ( 800X600)
• Top Banner for TV Apps (Upload a transparent image of size 1920x1080)
• Top Banner for Mobile Apps(Upload a transparent image of size 1600x900)
• Roku App
  1. Roku Full HD Poster Image - 540 x 405
  2. Roku HD Poster - 290 x 218
  3. Roku SD Poster - 214 x 144

How to Change Poster Size

• To change the poster size, navigate to “Manage Content” -->“Settings” in the CMS.
• In the Settings page under “Poster Type”, there are  6 options available; Horizontal (For Multi-Part Child Content and Live Streaming Content), Vertical (For Single Part and Multi-Part Parent) Physical Goods, Category Poster, Top Banner, and Cast & Crew Image.
• Mention the poster dimension for all these 6 types as per your desire and click on “Save”.
