View Credits Generated Report

 Introduction

If you have enabled “Credits” for your store, then you can see the detailed report about the credits generated by the store admin and credit used by the users. The report shows how many credits generated for subscription activation and subscription renewal, credits used by the user to view content etc. Credit analytics show two types of report. 1) Credits Used 2) Credits Generated

View Credits Used Report

• To view credits used report, go to “Analytics” -->”Credits” -->”Credits Used” in the CMS
• You can view the credits used. By clicking on the calendar, you can select the date range, then click on “Apply” to view the report of a specific period.
• In the “Search Bar” type the email address of the user to see the credits used by him/her
• In the report, you can see the “Date” on which credit is used, “User Name” of the user, user’s “Email”, “Content” watched by the user and “Credits” used by the user.

View Credits Generated Report

• To view credits used report, go to “Analytics” -->”Credits” -->”Credits Generated” in the CMS
• You can view the credits generated for subscription activation and subscription renewal. By clicking on the calendar, you can select the date range and click on “Apply” to view the report of a specific period.
• In the “Search Bar” type the email address of the user to see the credits generated by him/her
• In the report, you can see the “Date” on which credit is generated, “User Name” of the user, user’s “Email”, “Action” by which credit is generated by the user (i.e. subscription activation and/or subscription renewal) and “Details” of the subscription plan and total “Credits Generated”.
