Introduction
Muvi is a fully customizable video/audio streaming platform. You can do any type of customization according to your requirement. From adding a new payment gateway of your choice, customizing your website template, to adding a new feature, and many more. You can do all these customizations by paying custom fee in the form of DevHours (Development Hours). For any customization, first, you need to purchase the DevHours and then you need to add a support ticket for customization. We will charge the required DevHours from your purchased DevHours. Then you need to approve it from the CMS. Once you approved the DevHours, it will be deducted from your existing DevHours and the remaining balance will be displayed in the CMS.
How to Purchase DevHours
- To purchase DevHours, navigate to “Support” --> “All Tickets” in the CMS.
- Click on “Purchase”.
- Once you clicked on “Purchase”, you will get a pop-up about different DevHours to purchase with amount details and the payment procedure.
- First, select the DevHours you want to purchase from the list.
- For payment, select “Use the Saved Card” (If your credit card is already saved) or “add a new credit card”, (Enter your card details).
- Select the check box “I Agree with the Terms of Use of Muvi”.
- Click on “Purchase DevHours” to purchase the DevHours.
- You can see the purchased DevHours in the CMS.
