Concurrent users mean the maximum users who can access your website/app to watch the streaming of Video/Audio content simultaneously. Muvi offers different subscription plans where concurrent users vary from one plan to the other. You can select a plan based on your probable concurrent users.

What Happens When Concurrent Users Exceed the Limit

When concurrent users exceed the limit, you will get a warning message that “You have exceeded the limit of concurrent users”. For example, if you have subscribed to Muvi Professional plan and the number of concurrent users exceeds 10,000, you will get the warning message.

Once the concurrent users exceed the limit, your users will experience a drop in performance as the server can’t handle the load.
