Introduction
Zapier is an online tool that you can use to connect different apps with each other and automate various tasks. Zapier allows you to create connections that push data between the apps. Each trigger or connection is called a Zap. Basically, Zaps are just a blueprint for a particular task you want to be done constantly. You can create a Zap where you tell the program that, when you perform task XYZ it should perform task ABC. In this case, the first part is referred to as the Trigger and the second part is the Action.
As a Muvi One customer, you can push data to other 3rd party tools i.e. Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc. through Zapier. Or if you have an account in other 3rd party tools, then you can push data to Muvi One through Zapier.
| Note: Currently, you can only pull/push CRM data i.e. end-users Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, etc. |
Integrating Zapier
When creating the Zaps, first, you need to create the Trigger App (i.e. When This Happens) and then create the Action App (i.e. Do This). If you want to push data from Muvi to any third-party tool (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, GitHub, etc.), then add Muvi as the Trigger App and the other third-party app as Action App. Do the reverse, if you want to pull data from any third-party tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, GitHub, etc.) to Muvi.
